Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act

EduSynch acknowledges that under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, as amended (FERPA), it functions as a service provider performing outsourced tasks for the Subscriber. Consequently, EduSynch may be privy to educational records, as defined under FERPA, along with other records requiring specific protections under Privacy Laws. EduSynch commits to maintaining the confidentiality of personally identifiable information and educational records obtained from or due to the Subscriber, as per this Agreement. Such information will not be disclosed unless it's necessary for fulfilling the services outlined in this agreement or if it's permitted under FERPA. EduSynch guarantees that the information and educational records received will solely be used for fulfilling the obligations of this Agreement with the Subscriber, ensuring compliance with all relevant terms and privacy regulations.
